Alpha & Omega Café & Creamery, LLC is a woman-owned & faith-based business located in Central Jersey, USA.

The concept began back in 2020, while our founder, Abby, was still in high school. She wanted to combine her passion for coffee with her heart for community to create a place where families can connect.

​

The name, Alpha & Omega, was taken right out of the Bible, in Revelation 1 (& again in Revelation 22) when God says He is the "Alpha and the Omega- the beginning and the end." Abby felt this was the perfect name for her café because she wanted it to be open at the beginning of the day serving coffee and the end of the day serving ice cream.

Both Coffee & Ice Cream have been a big part of Abby & her family's life as she bonds with her dad over coffee and shares a love for ice cream (especially coffee ice cream) with her mom. She shares her love for coffee with her sister and their family dog who loves to drink their coffee when their backs are turned. Growing up, Abby's mom would always make a big ice cream cake for every birthday and Abby remembers her late-Grandmother always throwing big ice cream parties to bring the family together.

Abby saw how coffee and ice cream were able to bring her family together time and time again, so now, she is excited to launch Alpha & Omega Café & Creamery so she can help bring other families together in the same way!
